Creator Spotlight: Lumanări Licar – Nicoleta’s Story and the Magic of Jesmonite

Behind every artisanal brand lies a story, a journey, a passion that takes shape in someone’s hands. Today, in our Jesmonite Creator Spotlight series, we’re thrilled to introduce Nicoleta, the founder of Lumanări Licar – a scented studio where light, emotion, and aesthetics come together beautifully with the help of Jesmonite.

✨ From Passion to Brand

Nicoleta describes herself as a creative soul with a deep love for scented candles. Three and a half years ago, she chose to turn that passion into a business, giving life to Lumanări Licar – a name that feels like a story in itself.

“I always wanted the freedom to create my own candle vessels. I tested many materials, but the moment I worked with Jesmonite for the first time, I knew: this is it.”

Jesmonite offered her more than just creative freedom – it gave her quality and versatility. It's easy to work with, offers vibrant colors, and ensures long-term durability. Some of her candle vessels return for a refill even after 8–9 uses – a clear sign of the material’s resilience.

🎨 Inspired by Beauty

Each Lumanări Licar creation is one of a kind. The colors are chosen intuitively, on the spot, and the fragrance often matches the final hue of the vessel. The result? Pieces that are visually and olfactorily delightful – a true multisensory experience.

“I often mix the colors spontaneously and wait eagerly to see the final result. It’s all about emotion and creative expression.”

Nicoleta’s favorite pieces? Delicate bonbon jars and colorful heart-shaped molds she creates for workshops with children – joyful, vivid designs that spark creativity and brighten little hearts.

“The heart shapes I make for kids’ workshops are my absolute favorites. I pick cheerful colors that remind me of innocence and childhood. The joy on the kids' faces at the end fills my heart.”
